Simply put, it is a key generator. No, not the kind one might expect with software of dubious origins. It is a generator for the settings for a virtual cipher machine called ATOMIX, created by mr. Dirk Rijmenants (http://users.telenet.be/d.rijmenants/)The "key" in this case means the machine settings that are used for encrypting the message. And since coming up with enough random settings for keeping things secure gets tedious with such an amount of settings as the aforementioned machine has, I have written a program to simplify the process.
